DevTaastic Refund Policy

Our templates, SaaS boilerplates, UI kits, design systems, and courses are instantly delivered and accessible via your profile or email download link. Because digital files are reproducible, we maintain strict refund terms:

• Accidental Purchase: If you placed an order by mistake and have not downloaded or unlocked the source files/repositories, you qualify for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase timestamp.
• Broken Products: If the product is technically broken or does not compile as described in the documentation, please contact our support team. If we fail to resolve the core bug within 5 business days, a full refund will be issued.

For custom development retainers, SEO strategy, paid ads management, and UI/UX consulting contracts:

• Setup charges, completed milestones, and hours already committed by our developers or marketers are non-refundable.
• Monthly campaigns or ongoing retainer contracts can be terminated at any point by providing a 30-day written cancellation notice. Any unused advance balance for work not yet initiated will be fully returned.

To initiate a claim, email support@devtaastic.com. Please include your invoice order number, purchase email, and the reason for your cancellation or claim.

Approved refunds are processed instantly and returned to the original credit card, bank account, or PayPal account. Note that payment processor clearances typically take 5 to 10 business days depending on your banking institution.
